O ano de 2024 trouxe muitas conquistas para Lilian Stocco, nossa aluna egressa do curso de Design de Mídias Digitais.
Graduada em Design no mês de julho de 2024, ela retornou às competições estaduais de Tai Chi Chuan em agosto e teve excelentes resultados, conseguindo três pódios nas modalidades mãos (quan), espada (jian) e leque (shan).
Com esses resultados, garantiu uma vaga para disputar o Campeonato Brasileiro de Kung-fu/Wushu, que ocorreu em Brasília-DF no final de outubro e início de novembro.
Novamente, com uma preparação e atuação sólidas, ela se consolidou entre as melhores atletas de Tai Chi Chuan do país, alcançando uma medalha de prata em leque, e uma medalha de bronze em mãos.
O desempenho, além de render reconhecimento no estado de São Paulo e no Brasil, garantiu também uma convocação da CBKW (Confederação Brasileira de Kung-fu/Wushu) para participar da Seletiva de 2025, onde vai disputar uma vaga na Seleção Brasileira de Kung-fu para representar o Brasil nas competições internacionais na modalidade de Tai Chi Chuan.

Na mesma competição, nosso professor dos cursos de Design de Mídias Digitais e Eventos, Josenilson Oliveira, também alcançou grandes resultados, conquistando duas medalhas de prata e duas de bronze em Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong – Ba Duan Jin e Kung-fu tradicional (espada). O que também lhe rendeu a convocação para a mesma Seletiva de 2025.
Lilian e Josenilson são ambos atletas da Associação Mao Chuen de Kung-fu, escola marcial tradicional de Kung-fu, com sede em Barueri e filiais em Osasco, Carapicuíba, Jandira e Guarulhos no estado de São Paulo, além de estar presentes em quatro estados brasileiros. A MaoChuen possui uma história de 47 anos dedicados ao ensino de Kung-fu no Brasil.
