Los rasgos culturales que permiten la creación de un ambiente de innovación

Resumo

Actualmente la innovación es una fuente de ventaja competitiva, por eso los estudiosos poseen un interés creciente por identificar sus determinantes, incluso si la cultura estimula o crea barreras a la creación del ambiente innovador. Así, esa investigación busca entender los principales constructos de la cultura y de la innovación para proponer un modelo conceptual que permita identificar los rasgos culturales para crear un ambiente innovador. Establecido el modelo, hacer el análisis de los datos cuantitativos y cualitativos referentes a la encuesta de Las Mejores Empresas para Trabajar en España (Ediciones 2013, 2014 y 2015) para identificar se las empresas de tecnología poseen estos rasgos y, por lo tanto, son innovadoras.

La contribución de esto estudio es ofrecer la posibilidad a las empresas para comprender los rasgos que necesitan ser identificados para crear un ambiente de innovación.
